How to track my order?
If you have an account, you can sign in and go to your order list to track your order.
Why haven’t I received my order?
A. Your order has not been shipped. They recommend you check the status of the order in your Account. Go to: View orders—My orders.
B. Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases, orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact them.
What does the order status “Back Order” mean?
“Back Order” means that some products in your order are currently out of stock and you need to wait for new stock to arrive. In this situation, your order will be split into sub-orders, and they will dispatch the available items first.
What do you mean Not Found?
Reasons & suggestion
A. The shipping method you selected is flat shipping, which has no tracking number, so the logistics information cannot be tracked. The delivery time of flat shipping is 7-25 business days after being sent out. If it is still within the estimated delivery time,

B. Your order has just shipped out and shipping information will be updated in the coming days, they recommend you can track logistics information in next 3-7 days
