How can I return?
Regatta offers a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, they will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to them unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 28 days. ( Unfortunately for health & hygiene reasons they are unable to exchange or refund swimwear products unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place). A returns form is included in your parcel. This slip is your proof of purchase. Please complete the returns form and enclose it with the goods you are returning to:

Please note, when sending a return, the parcel and postage cost are your responsibility. Therefore they recommend that you request a proof of posting certificate available from your local Post Office free of charge.
I have received a faulty/damaged item. What to do?
Customers can return faulty goods for a full and complete refund. They will arrange this return. If you return via another provider Regatta will not be responsible for misuse of the returns procedure when returning goods (faulty or otherwise) back to them. The refunded cost of returning goods to them can only be guaranteed when agreed with their Customer Services in advance. If your item is faulty please call the Customer Service team on 0161 866 0486, they are available from 8.00 am-8.00 pm Monday to Friday, and will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
When will I be refunded?
You’ll receive an email to confirm when they have received the item at the warehouse, after which your refund will appear in your account within 2 days. This shouldn’t take longer than 28 days from the day that you returned the item back to them. Note: Unfortunately, they can only accept returns of products purchased via the website. If you have purchased goods through one of their stockists or dealers, please arrange your return with them directly.
