Do you accept international orders?
Currently, purchases made on charlottetilbury.com/ie are not eligible for delivery outside of the EU.
What if I received a faulty item?
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, or if the goods do not conform to the description, please contact Charlotte Tilbury at [email protected] or call 44(0) 1202 629527 as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order or becoming aware of the damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What is the status of my refund?
Returns typically take 10 - 15 business days to fully process. Once it is processed, you will receive an email that is labelled “Credit Memo Notification” to confirm.
What is the return policy?
Charlotte Tilbury are able to accept the return of unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase. Please use the returns form enclosed with your order to return or exchange your goods.
