Once your order is handed to their shipping partner, you will receive an email with the tracking data of your order. Normally, this takes about 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.
Please send an email with your return request. After your request is processed, the team will send a prepaid FedEx return label. Once they have received the returned item, they will refund your money. The return period lasts 14 days after you have received your product.
Once an order is placed, it is automatically transmitted to its shipping partner. However, if a direct request is placed to cancel an order, they will do their best to process and withdraw your order. Otherwise, they are happy to send a prepaid return label.
