• Step 1: Pick your desired offer from above

Select the deal you want to use from above.

To reveal your promo code, simply click, 'Get Coupon' and copy the code, if provided.

If the deal is an offer, you'll select 'Get Offer'.

NOTE: in the case of Offer deals, discounts will be automatically applied.

• Step 2: Click 'Go to the Debenhams site'

This will take you to the Debenhams website.

This page may open on its own, in which case proceed to Step 3.

• Step 3: Shop, shop, shop!

• Step 4: Proceed to checkout

When you're done (and your bag is overflowing with Debenhams goodies), select the little bag in the top right-hand corner to view your items.

Select "View items in my bag".

This will take you to the "My Bag" page.

• Step 5: Enter your copied coupon code

You'll see a summary of your order.

Besides that, you'll see a 'Do you have a promotional code' box.

If you copied a code earlier, paste it in that box and select 'Apply'.

(If the offer did not have a code, your discount will be automatically applied).

• Step 6: Enjoy!

Your discount will be applied. Simply follow the rest of the prompts to complete the checkout process.

Why is my promo code not working?

There are several reasons why your code might not be working:

• The promo code might have expired and is no longer applicable.
• You might be applying the promo code to certain items that do not accept codes, like sale or clearance items.
• You have already used this same code when shopping before at Debenhams.
• Your cart total doesn't match the minimum amount of money required to use the promo code. Sometimes in order to apply a promo code, you have to have a minimum amount first (for example, the coupon might say "discounts only apply to orders over €100").
• You have taken the discount code from an international deals site, which probably doesn't apply to Debenhams.

Debenhams Returns Policy:

Debenhams will give you a full refund as long as:

• It's been less than 28 days since you received your item.
• You haven't damaged the item you wish to return.
• The item is in resalable condition e.g. tags still attached, packaging is unopened, item has not been stained or marked.
• You have proof of purchase, such as your receipt, e-receipt, delivery note, or your order is on its way or ready to collect email.
• You have the card you paid with.
• Your item is included in their returns policy. You can find a list of the items that aren't included in our policy in the 'Things that aren't included in our returns policy' section on the website.

Debenhams are unable to offer exchanges.

Please note, Debenhams reserves the right to refuse a refund if goods are damaged or aren't returned in a saleable condition.

If you don't have proof of purchase, Debenhams can't offer you a refund or a gift card.

If you paid by card and have your proof of purchase but don't have the card you paid with Debenhams can't offer you a refund, but will give you a gift card for the same amount.
