What payment methods are accepted?
Birkenstock accepts Credit Cards (VISA+ Mastercard + American Express + Diners Club), PayPal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay, and Klarna Pay Later.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you can have it cancelled in its entirety by their customer service. After placing the order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery/billing address, to add further items, to remove individual items or to change the size/width of individual items.
Unfortunately, they cannot say in advance exactly when your order will be sent. The Birkenstock customer service team will be happy to help. In the “contact them” section of our website, you will find the telephone number (go to “contact them”).
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to them free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
When you visit their website at Birkenstock, you have the option of selecting the page for your preferred country, which might be different to your country of residence. You can click on a particular country’s site to be redirected and order your goods there. Deliveries can only be made to addresses in the chosen country.
Each country has its own Birkenstock distribution network. The international shipping of individual pairs of shoes has a considerable environmental impact and therefore does not meet their sustainability principles.
How do I track my online order or find the delivery status and tracking numbers?
As soon as your order has been passed on to their logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing the shipment number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on their shipment tracking site.
How do returns work? What do I have to do?
If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return unworn/unused items within 30 days. Please proceed as follows:
* Complete the enclosed returns form. In order to continuously improve our products and services, they kindly ask you to state the reason why you are returning each item.
* Place the item and the form in the parcel and seal it.
* Affix the enclosed returns label to the parcel and hand it in at a Parcelforce packing station. If you use the labels provided, you will incur no charge for returning the items.
