So good that I have 29 pairs lol. (I wanna make it 30 before my bday) Customer service doesn’t work on weekends so whenever placing an order it doesn’t get processed until the next business day. I always forget to add my apartment number once I order. In that case, they send me to the shipping courier and have them change it on their end before it gets delivered. I think there should be a way to edit your address or order up to a certain time after placing the order, so that’s why I gave you 4 stars. Other than that I enjoy shopping at crocs, there are always random sales and they have student discounts!

The joke is on me
I bought a pair of hot pink cheap/sale crocs for my teenage daughter as a joke Christmas present. The joke is on me because she loves them and I mean really loves them. Thankfully she hasn’t worn them out in public yet (can you tell that I am not a fan?!) but uses them around the house and thinks they are great. Delivery was as promised and arrived at the stated time despite the Christmas rush. Despite my best effort to dislike crocs, I can’t find any reason to fault anything about the service or the quality of the product. Perfectly adequate service. I ordered a pair of Crocs on 7th September 2021, they were dispatched on Monday 13th,and I received them on Wednesday 16th. It’s not the fastest dispatch, but they did have a big sale on and the Crocs were super cheap. The delivery was great considering they’re coming from the Netherlands.

I think Crocs are great value for money and because I have problems with my ankle which means I need to wear slip-on shoes, Crocs are great. They provide comfort and are secure on your feet, great for working in professions when you are on your feet. I feel that people who give poor reviews aren’t taking their merits into consideration but I, for one, really appreciate their shoes and their service.
