Baker Ross want you to be happy with Baker Ross's items, so if you receive one that you don't like, please return it to Baker Ross within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Baker Ross apologise that refunds for opened/part packs or Personalised Products are not available unless the product is damaged. Please fill out the Returns Form that was included with your order. Every precaution must be taken to guarantee that the product is returned in good working order. However, unless the goods are damaged or were shipped in error, Baker Ross are not responsible for the cost of returning them to Baker Ross.
Only once Baker Ross have received the returned item can Baker Ross execute refunds and exchanges. In the event of a loss in transportation, Baker Ross recommend obtaining evidence of despatch.
