ubup ship insured via DHL. They will provide you with a DHL tracking number after shipping. Your parcel will usually reach you within 1-2 working days.

As soon as your shipment has left ubup warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to DHL shipment tracking.

A change to your order is only possible during the ordering process. As soon as the order has been completed and paid for, this is no longer possible, as all data has already been sent to ubup shipping department and they are already handling your order. However, you can return the items free of charge as soon as you have received them.

If you choose the credit, you will receive a new but voucher with a small bonus. If you have already used a voucher when ordering (with the exception of promotional vouchers), you will automatically receive the reimbursement via voucher.

ubup will refund the return as soon as they have received and processed your returned items.

ubup want you to be happy with your order. You can try on the items in peace as long as you don't remove the ubup labels. You can now return the items to them free of charge within 60 days of receiving the goods. ubup usual return period is 30 days.
