For orders made directly through Boden, they operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 3 months of receipt, they’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item*.

After their standard 3 month return period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high-quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by nephews, worn while decorating and so forth, don’t qualify). So, if you’re not happy, they will give you the option of exchanging your item or receiving account credit for the amount you paid. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, they will, of course, give you your money back.

How long will my refund take to process?

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach them, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as they will pop you an email when your return is completed.
