How do I cancel an order?
Please contact them as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped they cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service or email to netshop01.com!
How do I return my item?
Please contact their customer service via email to netshop01.com to help if they can solve the problem together first. In most cases, items can be returned within 45 days. Please contact them before returning the item, or they will refuse to deal with it.
An item was damaged while shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund after rejecting it. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier.
What payment method do you accept?
TomTop accepts PayPal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, BOLETO, QIWI as secure payment methods.
How can I track my order?
You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left their warehouse Processing: You can check the status in the “My Orders” page in your TOMTOP account. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from them. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.
Items are missing from my order, what can I do?
* Order Split Shipped: Check your order whether it has not been split shipped. Contact Customer Service.
* Ordered from different warehouses: If you ordered from 2 different warehouses the order will have multiple shipments.
* TOMTOP made a mistake: On rare occasions, an item maybe missed during packaging.
* Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.
If you have checked, there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to their Customer Service at netshop01.com, including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration.
