Goods must be returned within 14/30 days from when they were received in their original condition with all tags still attached. Any time after 14/30 days or if the original condition is not met they reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges.
For international: While they switch over to the new site and system, they will be experiencing some delays of up to 10 days shipping time on all orders. Rest assured they are working as quickly as possible to get your orders out, and their customer service team is available to help with any inquiries.
