OddBalls accept payments through all of the major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal.
OddBalls ships Worldwide.
OddBalls delivers a minimum of 5 business days for an order being delivered within the UK, 10 business days for an order being delivered within Europe and 15 business days for an order being delivered to any other country.
You should receive an automated email with a link to track your order from the courier - please check your junk mail folder.
Unfortunately, they do not currently offer an exchange service, you will need to return your unworn items for a full refund and place a new order online.
OddBalls can only accept products for a return if they are unworn, in the original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. All item(s) must then be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. If your order contained a free gift, you will need to return that as, if it is not returned, they will have to deduct the price of the product from your refund.
If your order has not yet been shipped, they are happy to cancel this for you. To enable OddBalls to do this, please contact them by telephone immediately.
