Mediherz will process all orders as quickly as possible and deliver them to you. After they have received your order, non-prescription items will be sent to you within two working days; provided the article is available. They send prescription drugs directly after they have received your original prescription. If there are foreseeable delays in delivery, they will inform you of the new delivery times.

After your order has been delivered to the parcel service, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. In it, you will find the time of delivery and an associated package number.

With one click on the button "To order" you can view and change the contents of your shopping cart. There you can change the number of items you have ordered or delete items from the shopping cart (rubbish bin). Please always click on "update" after making changes. Here you have an overview of the total number of items ordered.

You have a right of withdrawal for your order within 14 days. "Please read Mediherz detailed information on this in the terms and conditions". Pharmacies need to ensure that drug safety is maintained and once a drug has left the pharmacy, it could have been tampered with. Prescription and pharmacy-only drugs are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You can print out the return label yourself, provided you have placed your order online. To do this, click on the "Return Label" button in the relevant order number in your order history. You can use this function up to 14 days after placing your order. When you have finished printing, cut out the label and stick it over the previous label so that old barcodes can no longer be seen. If you have difficulties printing the return label or if you only order from Mediherz by fax, e-mail or telephone, please contact their service team.
