What is Mainline Menswear‘s returns policy?
Please see Mainline Menswear‘s returns policy for more information, and remember not to remove any labels/barcodes or tags attached to the items or dispose of packaging until you are certain you will keep the garment.
Any item(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange if it meets the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be unworn and soiled, with all attached labels, tags, and barcodes, as well as the original packaging and invoice from the original order.
- Mainline Menswear‘s quality control department will inspect all items upon receipt. Face Masks, Underwear, Earrings, Foam & Spray Cleaners, and items returned with a defined, strong odour such as strong cooking smells cigarette smoke, and so on are also exempt from the Returns Policy.
- Please utilise a documented delivery service and get appropriate insurance to protect yourself from non-delivery or damage by your selected courier.
- To declare this as a return, you must put information on the outside of your package. This will prevent any unnecessary charges from being applied. If the parcel is not declared as a return, the Customer will be responsible for any additional expenses.
What is the time limit for an exchange or refund?
Please include your invoice in the return package and indicate that you would prefer a refund on the bottom or reverse of the invoice. If you do not have your original order invoice, please enclose a note stating your name, and order number, and that you require a refund. All items must be returned with their original tags attached and in the same condition as when they were received. Mainline Menswear will not accept your return if the item comes in a box, such as trainers, and the packaging is broken or has been scribbled on.
Is there anything Mainline Menswear won’t accept back?
Due to health and hygiene restrictions, Mainline Menswear does not accept the return of earrings or underwear. Mainline Menswear also does not accept refunds on Crep Protect goods due to the usability of the merchandise. Mainline Menswear‘s returns department performs thorough inspections on all returned items, and any garments with a strong defined odour, such as tobacco, cooking/food odours, aftershave, or deodorant, will not be accepted.
How Do I Make An Exchange Request?
Please include your invoice in the return package and indicate that you would like an exchange on the bottom or reverse of the invoice. In addition to writing on the invoice, Mainline Menswear want the product ID number and size you require in the exchange item. If you don’t have your original order invoice, please include a note with your name, order number, the product ID and the size of the exchange item(s) you want. All items must be returned with their original tags attached and in the same condition as when they were received. Mainline Menswear will not accept your return if the item comes in a box, such as trainers, and the packaging is broken or has been scribbled on.
Is there a fee for returning items?
Mainline Menswear do not offer free returns; all return shipping costs must be covered by the client unless the item is defective or wrong. If an item is defective or inaccurate, please contact Mainline Menswear right once so that Mainline Menswear may arrange for a collection through Mainline Menswear‘s courier.
