You can decide to keep or return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to return something, it is important to let them know that you have deducted your purchase during the same period. Please contact their customer service department first before doing so. After payment, you will have 14 days in which to return the product.

You will need to refund the order value as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the return (s) is received in their warehouse. If you pay for your order via postpaid (COD), they will contact you when you return the order back to the warehouse and ask for your bank account information for a refund to take the place. Refund will be made via bank transfer. If you return the entire order, they will refund you in full, including shipping costs. Refunds will be credited back to the same form of payment used when the order was placed.
