Once the order has been prepared and delivered to the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing you with a tracking number so that you can check the delivery status of your package. The activation of the tracking number can take a maximum of 24 hours from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. Please wait a while to be able to track your order.
BIMBA Y LOLA products undergo systematic quality, safety and health controls, from the production phase to the distribution phase.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of the delivery date, stating the problem, along with your personal details.
In the case of damage to the packaging, you must notify the courier company at the time of receipt of the order.
They will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email if the item should be replaced (if applicable) or refunded.
Products returned due to confirmed flaws or defects will be refunded in full, including shipping and return costs. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
The exchange of an item from a BIMBA Y LOLA online order is not yet available, although they are not ruling it out in the future.
In the meantime, you can place a new order for the desired item and simply return the original.
Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the marketplace where you are shopping. If you want to send a shipment to a different market you will have to change to the appropriate market.
