After they receive your claim and proof of purchase to return a product, they will review your request. At their discretion, they may assist you with resolving any issue you may be having with the product such as by sharing some tips and tricks on how to use the product or troubleshooting the issue you may be having with the product. At their discretion, they may request that you return the product to them so that they may physically inspect and test the product. You do not need to return the accessories which came in the product’s packaging. They may repair or replace it (in which case, you will be responsible for shipping costs and all other related costs). They recommend using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the product. If the warranty claim is valid and is not through your misuse or abuse of the product outside the manufacturer’s specifications, they will fully refund to you the shipping costs for standard methods of ground shipment. (However, any refund of the insurance costs shall be at their discretion).
