There are several reasons why your code might not be working:

• Your cart total doesn’t match the minimum amount of money required to use the promo code. Sometimes in order to apply a promo code, you have to have a minimum amount first (for example, the coupon might say “discounts only apply to orders over €100”).

shopDisney Shipping Policy:

• Standard Delivery costs €5.50 and takes 6 working days.
• Deliveries to select postcodes will take longer.
• Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
• shopDisney can’t deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, unfortunately.
• If your item is coming from a Disney Partner Product, it can take up to 20 working days to arrive. It’ll say on the website if an item is shipped from a Disney Partner. The tracking link in your shipping email might not work for these items, but you can track with your tracking number (we suggest removing the hyphens!) and postcode on the Hermes site.
• Disney Home Entertainment (DVD and Blu-ray discs) items should arrive within 5 working days. DVD and Blu Rays, and select other Disney Partner Products, are shipped by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, tracking isn’t available for these items.
• Your delivery will arrive between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and can’t be pre-selected.
• Depending on the individual driver in your area, your order may arrive on a Saturday but this isn’t guaranteed. Once your order is out with the courier, you’ll receive a text with a two-hour delivery window for when you can expect your parcel.

shopDisney Returns Policy:

shopDisney want you to be happy with your Disney purchase, but understand if you need to return items.

Please note that if you’re making a change of mind return, this will need to be in a re-saleable condition.

• You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to return your items.
• Please note, if you’re returning an item as part of a 3 for 2 promotion, you’ll need to return all three products to receive your refund.
• shopDisney offer free of charge returns through the label in your parcel, through the Hermes return portal or via in-Store printing (please choose this if you’re returning a DVD or Blu-Ray).
• You can also return most items to your nearest Store, provided that the store is in the same country as the Online Store where you placed your order.
• Please note that Stores are unable to refund your order if it was paid for by PayPal.
• The cardholder must be present and must be able to provide the card used to pay for your order.
• Certain products can’t be returned, including jewellery, sealed collectibles or personalised items (unless faulty).
• You’ll receive your refund within 5-7 days of your order arriving back at the shopDisney warehouse, but can take up to 14 days.
