Pott'd accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Maestro, and PayPal.

You should receive an email confirmation once your order is completed. Please allow 15 minutes to receive this and check your junk/spam folders.

They have a 30-day return policy, i. H. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Say unused and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have received a damaged or incomplete item, please let them know. To initiate a return, contact them at hello@pottdpeople.com.

Please note that returns must be sent to an address in Germany.

If your return is accepted, they will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to them without prior agreement to return will not be accepted.

They offer 2-day delivery with tracking for all orders in Germany. Orders received by 12 noon will be delivered the following working day. The shipping days exclude holidays and weekends. Please contact hello@pottdpeople.com with any problems with your order.

They use a third-party card processing system. If your payment was refused, please try again with a different card and check your bank account and card are working correctly.
