Can I change my order or cancel it?

Otiumberg try to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Items that have been fulfilled sadly cannot be cancelled. However, if they have not yet been fulfilled then contact the team at hello@otiumberg.com and they will see what Otiumberg can do. Made-to-order pieces have to be cancelled within 24hrs.

What do I do if an item is missing or damaged?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact their Customer Care Team at hello@otiumberg.com as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Otiumberg will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 5-7 working days to credit your account.
