Esdemarca ships within the countries which are available during the checkout process.
You have 100 days to make a return. This period starts from the moment you receive the order. In the case of orders with different shipments, the period will start to run from the moment you receive the last one.
Once they receive the return of your order in their warehouse, they will check that all the return conditions are met and they will refund the price of the returned product plus the ordinary shipping costs (not including the difference for express delivery).
If you get an incorrect item then contact them as soon as possible.
