UK Express Delivery: Express Delivery takes 1 working day from when the order leaves their warehouse. The order will need to be placed before 8 pm, without any personalization or badge printing for the quickest shipping time frame. The Shipping Method chosen at checkout determines how quickly your order will be delivered once it leaves their warehouse. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK and certain remote areas will take longer.

International Standard Delivery: This service may be delivered through a local mail service and may not come with a tracking number. If a trackable service is used your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 10-20 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 25 working days from the date your order leaves their warehouse.

International Express Delivery: Their express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 10 working days from the date your order leaves their warehouse.

Their Return Process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 90 days from the date of despatch of your package.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

All return charges are the customer’s liability.

In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, they will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than their standard and least expensive method of delivery).
