In-stock items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that large releases may take a bit longer to fulfil. If you suspect your order’s lost, please contact them immediately and they'll get you sorted out.
To initiate a return, please reach out to them within 30 days to process a replacement for your product. Here’s how to get started:
Email a photo/video clip of the damaged product to support@mondoshop.com
Once the damage is confirmed, a prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you. Send the product back in its original packaging or whatever packaging you have handy.
As soon as you drop it off with USPS, contact them ASAP so they can set up a replacement or refund. Your replacement will get sent out in 1-2 business days (based on inventory).
If the product is found to be defective or damaged, Mondo will pay for shipping both ways.
All sales are final, though if you feel there’s a reason for an exception, please contact them within 24 hours of making your order.
