A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online or by calling Order Support at (800) 392-9899 and they will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper to receive full product credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
Sometimes new “updated” shoe models have new technology added to enhance the performance of the shoe. For other shoe models, there may simply be a small variation from the previous shoe model, for example, new colour, style or new midsole material. When they make a change it is designed to benefit you. They only release the new model after significant planning, followed by extensive wear-testing.
