How can I return my item(s) to you?
You can return item(s) free of charge within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please use their returns portal to progress with the return and follow the simple instructions.
Please make sure to return the goods in full and, where possible, in the original packaging. Should you not have the original packaging to hand, please use a suitable alternative. They would appreciate it if you would let them know the reason for returning the goods. This will help them to improve customer satisfaction with their services.
When will I receive my refund?
Once they have received your item(s) it takes 3 to 5 working days for the money to be visible in your account.
How long is the warranty/guarantee period?
All their products are new items and come with a warranty of two years. The guarantee period begins to run upon receipt of the goods.

Lights accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I order on an invoice?
Unfortunately, they’re unable to offer payment via invoice in the UK at the moment.
Do you grant volume discounts?
Orders of £50 or over to mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands are shipped free-of-charge.
