How long does it take to ship an order?

Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
So long as the order is not yet packed and shipped. You may contact their customer service representatives on 510 324 2900 to check and advise of the changes.
Can I cancel my recent order?
Herbspro will be able to cancel your order if the product has not shipped out of their warehouse.
* Once the tracking number has been generated and uploaded under your order status, they cannot cancel your order.
* Should this happen, you can refuse delivery of the product or return it to them. On receipt of the product back to their warehouse, they will issue you a full refund in 2-3 business days.
