Bronzallure Milano collaborates with DHL and UPS to ship orders to customers. It is possible to track the shipment through the courier's website for national and international orders.

Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree of September 6, 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on Bronzallure. To proceed with the return, fill out the online return form. Once completed, you will receive the receipt by email to be printed and inserted in the package. The products to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the date of completion of the form.

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III, of the Consumer Code, only after Milor S.p.A. has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met will you receive a return acceptance e-mail, and Milor S.p.A. will proceed with the refund, which will be credited within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
