Boogie Bounce was established its founding in 1996 in Tamworth, West Midlands, by Jenny Belcher, the program has been popular there. Jenny made the decision to use her experience as a local instructor and to create a brand that genuinely supported its instructors after being inspired by multiple success stories from regular attendees who were astounded at the "all over" health and fitness improvements attained. The licensed program for Boogie Bounce was introduced in 2014, and since then, they have introduced the brand in 13 countries and educated more than 3000 instructors.
A complete fitness program called "Boogie Bounce" is carried out on a miniature trampoline with a patented T-Bar handle. The workout is divided into a very efficient H.I.I.T. cardio segment and a toning section that targets the thighs, buttocks, and stomach. Even facial muscles are used during exercise.
