You can return or exchange your product bought from Badinka. There are only two rules to have in mind.

• You have to send your return request no later than 30 days after receiving the package

• The product has to be untouched, unworn, with its labels and hygiene stickers attached to it. They cannot approve your request if the product has signs of use. Of course, you can try it though.

You can choose to get your money back or to get a new product of the same value. All postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Please, do not send back the product before they take a look and respond to your return request.

Of course, the only thing they want you to do is to contact customer service in the next 6 hours after you make the payment. After that, it will be too late, because the order is processed and they can not accept your request.
