International exchanges
Kurt Geiger currently does not offer international exchanges.
Once an order is placed customers will receive an email confirmation from Kurt Geiger with their order number.
When the order is packed and shipped, customers will then receive a second email which is the dispatch confirmation.
Then, when the order is on its way, customers will receive a text and/or email notification from the courier to let them know when they can expect their parcel.
