Yes, the in-store returns period is 21 days for both changes of mind and faulty returns. ‘Change of mind’ returned items must be unopened and in their original, undamaged condition. The online change of mind returns period is 14 days. These items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. The online faulty returns period is 30 days.
