What is the payment method?
Hoppa accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal.
Can I book a child seat?
Hoppa recommend you bring your own baby or booster seats for children or infants. Their partners will be able to provide them in some areas to meet the required local standards but may vary in quality. A supplement will be required for baby and booster seats. To book a baby or booster seat please post your query at talktous.hoppa.com and they will advise if available.
Can I book a journey that will stop and collect my keys for a private villa?
Please submit your query at talktous.hoppa.com and they will then contact their partner to check if this is possible. In most cases, this will be possible.
Do I need to have Travel Insurance?
Hoppa consider travel insurance and “Supplier failure” insurance to be essential and strongly advise you to arrange for appropriate travel insurance to cover you for a comprehensive range of events including cancellation, baggage loss or damage, accidents, and medical conditions whilst you are away.
Can I amend my booking?
Booking amendments should be made on the Hoppa website or app. If you wish to make a change less than 48 hours prior to the use by you of the first services contained in your booking, you must send an email from the email address which you provided at the time of booking. Amendments will be subject to the booking conditions of the supplier who may charge amendment fees in addition to any cost increases or payment charges.
How will be refunded?
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and will be credited to the original form of payment and account which is used at the time you made the booking.
I need to be picked up from a different address. How can I book this?
If you wish to book a different pick up address to your drop-off address you will have to make two separate one-way bookings.
