What is Easirent payment method?
Easirent accepts all major Debit/Credit Card.
Can I pay for my rental in cash?
No, Easirent DO NOT accept cash at any branch. All payments must be made by card transaction.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your reservation, you must use their “manage my booking” portal provided on their website.
What if I’m going to be late?
If you know you may miss the start of your hire, please contact the branch as soon as possible to let them know. If you can’t get through please call their support team on 0203 657 6045. They can only hold a car for you for a limited amount of time, especially during busy periods and Easirent cannot accept responsibility for delayed flights. If you are due to collect before 10 PM but arrive after, then an out of hours fee will be added to your hire.
If you are due to be late returning your hire vehicle please call the branch as soon as convenient to give them a realistic time of your return. They have a grace period of 30 minutes before you will be charged a late fee unless communication has been made to the branch.
