It is very important that when you return an item, they know what it relates to. Please remember to include your details and specify what product you would like to receive a product on. Without these details, they will not be able to process your request accordingly. If you have misplaced the returns form from your order, you can download their RETURNS form. Please allow 7 working days for them to receive your return. Once received, they will inspect and process your return within 14 working days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event that they are unable to provide a suitable replacement, they will automatically refund you and let you know via e-mail. They will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge unless your order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty or incorrect.
