In the rare case that you have received an incorrect item in your order, please email their customer service at customerservice@uncorruptedbeauty.com with the name of the missing product and they will respond to you as quickly as possible. They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You are welcome to return an item from your order if you don’t like it, as long as it is still in its original condition. Please note that they currently do not have an exchange system. Therefore, they cannot exchange your product for another product that does not correspond to the product you purchased. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
