Shirtlabor accepts VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the order value before deduction of any discounts and the country of delivery.

Your articles are all printed by hand, so the production times are usually around 3–4 working days plus delivery time to the respective delivery country. Please note that Shirtlabor produce from Monday to Friday. They have no influence on the delivery time of their shipping partners in standard shipping. They can only guarantee this for a certain date with the express option.

Unfortunately, they cannot process every order that quickly. They always want to provide you with perfect results, so your order may take a little more time, especially for larger quantities (from 15 items) and more complex printing processes.

As soon as your package is ready for dispatch and has been handed over to the shipping service provider by Shirtlabor, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

The email contains your shipment number, which you can use to track the package online at any time. So you can easily call up the current status. Simply click on “My Orders” in your “My Laboratory”. Here you get an overview, the shipment history and the current status of your order.

You can also view the shipment status directly on www.dhl.de. Enter your tracking number in the field at the top left.

For deliveries with UPS please use the site www.ups.de. Here you also enter your shipment number in the top left field.

For orientation, Shirtlabor have put together an overview of the nature of their types of printing.

* Flex printing (smooth foil printing)

* Flock print (velvety foil print)

* Special flex printing (effect foil printing)

* Digital direct printing (textile direct printing)

* Sublimation printing (thermal sublimation) and many more.

Your new order can easily be cancelled in your My Laboratory as long as it has not yet been processed by Shirtlabor.

If you want to know whether your order is already being processed by them, simply go to your order overview. As long as the order is marked as “Received” or “Waiting”, you can easily cancel it.

Changes to your new order can only be made retrospectively by email or through their service team. Otherwise, if you want to change something, cancel your order immediately as long as it is still marked as “Received” or “Waiting” in your order overview. Then just place a new order with the changes you want.

There are always motifs that can be uploaded in the designer, but which cannot be implemented due to very fine and small structures. However, before Shirtlabor have to cancel an order, they always check whether they can use another printing process for uploaded motifs.

For larger editions, they sometimes use screen printing or screen printing transfer. Here it also depends on the edition of your order, which makes such an implementation possible. Such a change will no longer cost you anything, as they will cover the additional costs. Because for them it depends on the final quality.

The only thing that will be longer is the production time of your order. But here they always keep in touch with you.

In any case, they will inform you by email why they have to cancel your order if a high-quality implementation is not possible.

Shirtlabor want you to be absolutely happy with your very personal and individually designed and hand-printed (“print-on-demand”) item that you bought from Shirtlabor.

If this is not the case, they can offer you an exchange for new goods or an exchange for a credit for your next order within 14 days of receiving your order, if:

* the size you ordered does not fit you

* you don’t like the cut of the article

* the article does not meet your expectations for other reasons

* A refund of the purchase price is only possible if you have not personally designed the item you ordered.
