How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order by heading to my account/my orders and then clicking on "Track my order". Unfortunately, you are unable to track an order that is being delivered to one of their Concierge Points: you will receive an email as soon as your order is arrived and is ready to be collected.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong collection point. What now?

If your collection point isn't available, is at full capacity or is closed for unforeseen reasons, the delivery driver is required to drop your parcel off at a different collection point. Unfortunately, they're unable to change the collection point once your parcel has been dropped off. If you're unable to collect your parcel, it will be automatically returned to them. A refund will then be processed within 7 working days of them receiving your parcel.

What if my parcel is lost/missing?

If your order has been lost or stolen, please get in touch with their Customer Service team at hello@sezane.com. Their team will then contact the delivery company to resolve the issue. Don't forget to provide your order number so that they can deal with the issue as quickly as possible.

My parcel didn't include a return shipping label. Why?

If they offer returns to your country, you can download a return label from our website if you did not receive one with your order. There are two possible solutions: You haven't submitted a return request yet. In this case, go to my account/my returns to submit your return request. Your return shipping label will be available to download once the return request has been submitted. Read their FAQ to learn more about their return policy. You've already submitted a return request. In this case, download your return shipping label by going to my account/my returns/shipping label. If you are still unable to download your return shipping label, you can email them at hello@sezane.com with your order number, and they will be able to help you.

Can I return an item from another country?

Unfortunately, you are unable to use the prepaid return label included in your order if you placed an order in one country and would like to return it from a different country. In this case, please get in touch with their Customer Service team at hello@sezane.com. Their team will find a solution for you.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once they have received your return, your refund will take approximately 15 days to appear in your account to allow enough time for them to process the return. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. The funds should appear in your account within the following 24 hours. Orders paid with an e-gift card or a physical gift card will be automatically refunded as a voucher available on your Sezane account. Go to my account/my credit notes to view the value of your store credit.

How can I track my return?

Go to my account/my returns to track your return. The following information will be displayed: * Order number * Date the return request was submitted * Return method selected * Tracking number for the return shipment * Status of the return: pending/processed You will receive your refund within 15 days as soon as your parcel has reached the collection point or has been picked up by the delivery company.
