Please be sure to receive the product once and contact Sanyo Shokai EC Customer Support. After that, the customer will have to go through the procedures for returning the product.

After they receive the returned item, they will process the return. Depending on how busy it is, it takes about 10 to 15 days from the day the product arrives at the warehouse until the refund procedure is completed.
