They offer next-day and standard delivery provided by our partner courier, Royal Mail. To be eligible for guaranteed next-day delivery, your order must be placed between Monday and Friday before 14:00. Any order placed Monday through Friday after 14:00 is not eligible for the next-day delivery guarantee.

If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it may be delivered the following Monday. Sometimes issues arise during the delivery of your parcel, so please allow 1 extra day for your order to arrive. Delivery is £5.99 for next-day delivery and £3.99 for standard delivery.

Standard pricing covers most areas of the UK, excluding certain zones (these zones are clearly demonstrated at checkout).

All customers are sent direct tracking information to the email address used at checkout and will also be sent tracking updates and information by Royal Mail.

If a phone number is also provided, you will receive SMS updates for your order at each delivery step.

If you are a registered customer, you can log into your account and check your order status as well as all previous orders.

If you do not have an account, they will keep you updated via the email address used to place the order.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with them as soon as possible. Due to quick turnaround times, they only have a very small window as to when they can cancel an order.

Unfortunately, they are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been received by their fulfilment centre. Therefore, they advise customers to ensure they check their order carefully after submitting.

They encourage customers to ensure all information on their order is correct before checking out. If the incorrect shipping address has been given, you must contact them immediately. However, they only have a small window in which they are able to make changes. Once orders have begun processing at their fulfilment centre, they are unable to make any changes.

They are unable to make changes to the items that have been ordered. If you require more items, you will need to place an additional order. If you have ordered items you no longer require, you will need to return them to them in their original condition in exchange for a refund. (they do not cover return postage if any information has been submitted incorrectly for an order.)

Customers who enter incorrect details for their orders are solely liable for all reprocessing and return fees.

If, for any reason, you wish to return your order or items, please contact them beforehand to ensure they can advise you on the next steps and keep track of your return. If you are returning items due to an error they have made, they will cover the return postage fee.

If you are returning items for reasons outside of their own errors, they do not cover the return postage fee, and this will have to be paid by the customer. Please take a look at their return and refund policy for full information.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear back in the original payment method.
