Which couriers are used for delivery?
House of Slippers partner with Royal Mail & DPD for Domestic Orders. International Orders are fulfilled with DHL.

You can track your order using the tracking number issued on your dispatch email. This will vary depending on the courier.
What do I do if my item is faulty or if I’ve received the wrong size?
Please contact House of Slippers customer services team with full details of the issue, and they will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
What is the returns policy?
House of Slippers offer 30-day returns for all purchases made on their website. The returns period starts from the date that the item is delivered to you. If the original box or bag of a returned item is damaged by the customer, then a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note, this rule does not apply to the mailing bag and only to the item packaging (for example the shoebox or bag).
How long will it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your refund. In exceptional circumstances, refunds can take slightly longer. House of Slippers will always endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.
