When will my delivery arrive?

You will find the expected delivery time for the product directly under the price in their online shop. This is calculated from the current availability in the warehouse, picking (i.e. putting together your goods), loading your goods and of course the transport route of your goods to your desired delivery address. You will also receive information on the delivery status from them by email. For goods that are delivered by a forwarding agent, you will receive a call from the carrier about 3 days before delivery, who will coordinate the delivery date and delivery time with you. In case of doubt, you can communicate directly on the day of delivery and thus avoid unnecessary waiting times.

How exactly can you coordinate the delivery time as I work?

In cooperation with the logistics partners, Holz-Haus offers you an efficient shipping service. The calendar week of the delivery is indicated on the order confirmation you have (you will receive it approx. 48 hours after the order). Approximately 3 to 4 days before delivery, you will receive a telephone notification from their logistics partner. They will then agree on the exact delivery date and delivery time with you. Due to the high volume of traffic in Germany, experience has shown that a time window of 4 hours is left open. Their tip: when you call the carrier, ask for the mobile phone number of the driver who will bring your delivery. This way you can communicate directly with the driver on the agreed day and avoid unnecessary waiting time.

How long is the warranty period

The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins when the goods are handed over. Damage caused by natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.
