Ghanda accepts VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.
They sure do. All countries available are listed on their checkout. There are some items which they cannot ship internationally, so please check the Product Details carefully before purchase.
Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 1-3 business days for Express Delivery once it has been dispatched from their warehouse.
After they have dispatched your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from them with a link to your parcel’s tracking information.
Unfortunately, Express Post is not a ‘rush through’ fee. They still require 1-5 business days to pack and send your order, as some items are sourced from stores and therefore some delays may occur.
If you have received your order incorrectly, please let them know by emailing them, and they will sort this out ASAP for you.
You may return your items purchased online for a Credit Gift Card + 10% Bonus Credit, Shop Now + 15% Bonus Credit, Exchange or *Refund (excluding sale items, underwear & jewellery) provided all tags are still attached, the item is in an unworn condition and you have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
* Please note, that refunds can only be processed for items purchased online and returned via their Return Portal.
Online purchases can be returned to any of their physical stores, or by post to their Online Return Team.
Online purchases returned in-store are eligible for Exchange or Credit only.
Sorry, there are some items they cannot accept for return. Their Health and Hygiene Policy means they cannot accept underwear or jewellery. Specially marked items such as their Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Skateboards & Scooters can also not be returned to their online store due to packaging restrictions. Items such as those purchased on sale, gift cards and personalised products are also not eligible for return.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after it has been received at Head Office.
