What happens if I don’t want the product anymore?

When you purchase online, they are happy for you to return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided goods are returned unused, unopened and in their original condition. Please contact support@cogs.ie if you wish to return a product.

If I am not at home when the courier arrives, what happens?

Once you placing an order, it is important to provide up to date contact details. In case a courier will miss you at home, they will try to contact you over the phone to re-arrange delivery. Also, a notice will be left at your doorstep.

I saw a product in store but cannot see it on the website. Why?

Not all of their products available in-store are also available online. Please contact them at support@cogs.ie if you wish to place a special order online.

I have not received my item? What should I do?

They aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1 – 5 working days for the parcel to be delivered. Their courier provides a tracking number so you can easily track the shipping process.

The product arrived but it is not suitable or damaged, how do I return it?
