They deliver to the border with Seven Senders which then leaves the package with Colissimo which ensures delivery in France. Use online tracking to keep track of your packages and to keep up to date with any difficulty the delivery person is having. They ensure fast delivery between 4 and 5 working days.
Is there a guarantee on my purchase?

I returned an item. When will I be reimbursed?
After a brief check of the authenticity of your cancellation request, you will be refunded within 7 working days.

They will order the missing accessory (s) via their technical department. They will send you the missing part (s) without delay as soon as they receive them. Delivery of accessories may take up to two weeks.

asgoodasnew ask that you do not send your package postage due. Please make the return directly via the return portal, indicating the reference of your device and the order number. After completing the requested information, you can simply print your return form to return your device to them free of charge.
