Brittany Ferries offers online booking services within the UK and Ireland.

Brittany Ferries bookings a combined travel document that is sent out by email within 24 hours. This comprises an invoice and an e-ticket which becomes valid once full payment has been received. If you have made a ferry only booking, via Passenger Services Department, and no email address was provided by yourself. They will send the ticket by post on the next working day. A holiday that is booked online or via Passenger Services Department will receive confirmation (consisting of an invoice and holiday itinerary) by email within 24 hours. The tickets and directions are sent out by post 28 days before travel.

Brittany Ferries do not provide a facility to amend or cancel holiday bookings online at this time. To do so, please contact Brittany Ferries.

Payment for Brittany Ferries tickets must be made at least 60 days before the day of departure. If payment is not received the booking will be canceled. Reservations made within 60 days of departure must be paid for at the time of booking. If a credit/debit card has been given then the balance due will be taken from that card automatically on the due date. If you are booking a promotional fare then special payment terms and other conditions will apply. These are available on request.

If your booking was originally made on the website, the balance will be debited automatically, on the due date for the remaining amount. If you wish to change the payment card, please use the 'Manage my booking' facility.
