How can I track my orders?

When your order is dispatched they will send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email them at info@woolandthegang.com and they will update you on your order's progress.

When will my order be dispatch?

I’ve received a faulty item, What should I do?

Oh no! Wool and the Gang is so sorry you have received a faulty item. Please let them know what items you are missing and they will do their best to fix it as soon as possible.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

They are really quick at packing your order which means that they can't make any changes once you've placed your order. This also includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or the payment method.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you wish to return or exchange something in your order then please send them back to them within 15 days. If an item has been bought in the sale, or during certain site promotions then please return within 7 days. Please be aware that they cannot pay for shipping back to their warehouse, please also obtain a certificate of posting as sometimes post gets lost.
