What payment methods do you accept?
Whistling Kettle accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Elo, Diners Club, Google Pay, JCB, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Note: Tea of the Month subscriptions are on a different schedule. Please refer to the subscription page for more information.
There may be rare instances where a particular item is unavailable or cannot be shipped in our normal 1-2 business day time frame. They will contact you by e-mail if there will be a delay and provide you with options.
What if my shipment hasn’t arrived?
Most shipments will have an associated tracking code. In rare instances, a shipment may show up as delivered. Many times this is caused by a Mis-delivery and resolves itself within 72 hours. They also recommend calling the carrier (in most cases, your local post office) who can trace packages. You can contact them if you require additional assistance.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please report damaged shipments immediately. All products must be in original condition and in the original packaging. Due to the fragile nature of glass, they cannot warranty it after it leaves its original package.
What is your return policy?
In general, they will accept returns for a period of 30 days after purchase. Their retail locations cannot accept returns for online purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping for products purchased by accident.
