Is sales tax included in an item?

Their prices for orders shipped within the European Union include VAT where applicable. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are not charged sales tax but may be subject to local sales taxes and import duty at the point of delivery. Can I return or exchange my order?

If you find that you'd like to return/exchange your order for whatever reason, you have up to 21 days to send it back to them. You can find their full Returns Procedure here. They also withhold the right to deduct a $6.27 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights. UK and Northern Ireland addresses, you can take advantage of their free returns service to send your order back for a refund or exchange. As long as the return is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D), you can generate your free returns label here.
