When will I receive my order?

Tischwelt also deliver to packing stations. When ordering, check the box next to "To a Packstation". As soon as you have done this, the corresponding input fields for the packing station number and the post number appear. Please note that you can only pay in advance, credit card or PayPal as soon as the goods are to be sent to a packing station.

What is the policy for claim?

If there are quality defects in the goods, then it is a complaint. Here you can also send the goods back to Tischwelt at a later date. They will be happy to exchange the product for you or send it to the manufacturer for quality control. Returns and complaints are processed quickly by the, and a solution is found together. You will receive an email as soon as the return has been processed.
